Winter Olympics on DISH | Feb. 6 TV Schedule
The XXII Olympic Winter Games don’t officially start until Friday, but NBC is getting a jump on its television coverage by recapping some of the early qualifying action from Sochi.
Primetime Olympics coverage on Thursday, Feb. 6, will include a few new events for 2014 – team figure skating and slopestyle snowboarding. Noticeably absent from the slopestyle event will be two-time gold medalist Shaun White, who injured his wrist earlier this week. You can also catch a glimpse of women’s freestyle skiing in the moguls qualification round.
Don’t forget to tune in to the Opening Ceremony at 7:30 p.m. (ET) on Friday, Feb. 7 – Russia is promising it will be a spectacle to remember.
